Richard Barnhouse, Ph.D.
President - Waukesha County Technical College
Richard G. Barnhouse, Ph.D., president of Waukesha County Technical College since January 2021, has more than 20 years of progressive higher education leadership experience. Since he began at the College, Rich has been working closely with faculty and staff to develop a modern, comprehensive regional college that ignites people to thrive in a changing world.
Before joining WCTC, Rich held a variety of positions at educational institutions around the country, among them vice president of Student Services and Enrollment Management at State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota; associate vice chancellor for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at the University of Wisconsin Colleges; dean of students at Moraine Park Technical College; and assistant campus dean for Administrative Services at the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan.
Dr. Barnhouse holds a Ph.D. from Cardinal Stritch University, a master’s degree from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Brock University in Ontario, Canada. He also completed the Institute of Educational Management professional education program at Harvard University.
Rich has prioritized building relationships with local business and industry partners by exploring new collaborations and opportunities and ensuring the College offers the education and training needed for an evolving workforce.
Beyond WCTC, Dr. Barnhouse has been involved in several local organizations, including serving as a board member of the Waukesha County Business Alliance and Habitat for Humanity of Waukesha County, as well as membership in the Independent Business Association of Wisconsin, among others.

Daniel Meinholz
Founder/President - A3 Performance
Dan Meinholz is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of residency in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He has successfully founded and built two companies from the ground up within the competitive swimming industry, most notably A3 Performance—a global swimwear brand that has been represented in every Olympic Games since London 2012.

Justice Rebecca Bradley
Justice - Wisconsin State Supreme Court
Justice Rebecca Grassl Bradley was elected to the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 2016 after being appointed by Gov. Scott Walker in 2015. Before joining the Supreme Court, Justice Bradley served as a Court of Appeals Judge and a Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge.
She is the only Justice in state history to have served as an intermediate appellate court judge as well as a trial court judge. Prior to taking the bench, Justice Bradley was an attorney in private practice for sixteen years, including serving as vice president of legal operations for a global software company. While in private practice, Justice Bradley served as an American Arbitration
Association Arbitrator and Chairman of the State Bar Business Law Section. Justice Bradley graduated from Marquette University in 1993 with an honors B.S. in Business Administration and Business Economics and received her juris doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1996.
Justice Bradley is a member of the Board of Advisors and past president of the Milwaukee Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society. She previously served on the Wisconsin State Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and the Board of Governors of the St. Thomas More Lawyers Society.

Tim Schneider
CEO/President - Bank Five Nine
Tim Schneider is the President & CEO of Bank Five Nine, a 14 branch, $2.3 billion bank headquartered in Oconomowoc Wisconsin. Tim has worked within the banking industry for nearly 40 years, including roles as an agriculture and commercial lending officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Bank Five Nine, Tim was a founder and CEO of Investors Community Bank in Manitowoc, where his experience growing up on a dairy farm helped the organization become one of the state’s top agriculture lenders. A graduate of UW River Falls in 1988 with a business degree, Tim has raised two children with his wife, Heather.
Bank Five Nine’s mission statement is to “Make Lives Better”, and it’s a philosophy Tim has believed in throughout his career. As a current resident of Delafield, he believes strongly in creating an exceptional culture at his company, and in giving back to local organizations.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find Tim volunteering in many capacities. While in Manitowoc, he served as the Co-Chair of New North-regional economic development, and founded the Economic Development Corp, now known as Progress Lakeshore. Today, he contributes to the vitality of the communities in Southeast Wisconsin as a Board Member of the Waukesha County Center for Growth, the Glacial Community YMCA, and the Wisconsin Bankers Association. Additionally, Tim is a member of the American Bankers Association Community Bankers Council, and of the UW River Falls Foundation Board of Directors.

As an architect, founder, and partner at RINKA, Matt’s passion is to meaningfully enhance the built environments of communities nationwide. Since founding the company in 2006 with a vision ‘to inspire through thoughtful design’, the firm has designed many high-profile projects across the United States, including The Moderne, The Couture, Milwaukee Bucks Deer District, Lakeshore Commons, R1VER Development, The Pier in Tempe, AZ, and F3 Marina in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Years of success led the firm to open a second office in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2021. Iain De Jong
CEO & President of OrgCode Consulting Inc.
Iain De Jong is a mission driven and transformational leader who has been in the field of homelessness in various ways for three decades. For the past 16 years, he has been leading the team at OrgCode Consulting Inc., working with communities to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring from Hawaii to Rhode Island in the United States; from British Columbia to Prince Edward Island in Canada; and, from Perth to Brisbane in Australia. He is known for his ability to help communities and organization have strong strategic intentions amidst a bias towards responding to crises, and help communities re-think what homelessness and how best to respond with data-driven policy and programs. Throughout his career he has held policy, direct service, research and consulting roles in the nonprofit, government and private sectors. Iain is a well-respected and in-demand keynote and conference speaker, and an avid influencer of thought and practice in the movement to end homelessness. When not on the road working, Iain calls Oakville, Ontario, Canada home where he enjoys the company of his wife and four children.

Annie Meng is a former Wall Street investment banker and Miss Arizona 2020 for the Miss World pageant. We want our next conference to be full of engaging, dynamic, thought-provoking TED talks. Whether a simple idea or a complex issue, great TED talks start conversations. When people describe TED Talks you’ll hear words like “surprising,” “inspirational,” “provocative,” or “illuminating.” Thank you for your interest in being a part!
TED Talks are required to be shorter than 18 minutes, and we hope to have Talks of varying lengths, tones, and topics. Some of the most compelling TED Talks are just a few minutes long while driving interest and engagement from the audience.
