Tim Schneider

Tim Schneider is the President & CEO of Bank Five Nine, a 14 branch, $2.3 billion bank headquartered in Oconomowoc Wisconsin. Tim has worked within the banking industry for nearly 40 years, including roles as an agriculture and commercial lending officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Bank Five Nine, Tim was a founder and CEO of Investors Community Bank in Manitowoc, where his experience growing up on a dairy farm helped the organization become one of the state’s top agriculture lenders. A graduate of UW River Falls in 1988 with a business degree, Tim has raised two children with his wife, Heather.
Bank Five Nine’s mission statement is to “Make Lives Better”, and it’s a philosophy Tim has believed in throughout his career. As a current resident of Delafield, he believes strongly in creating an exceptional culture at his company, and in giving back to local organizations.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find Tim volunteering in many capacities. While in Manitowoc, he served as the Co-Chair of New North-regional economic development, and founded the Economic Development Corp, now known as Progress Lakeshore. Today, he contributes to the vitality of the communities in Southeast Wisconsin as a Board Member of the Waukesha County Center for Growth, the Glacial Community YMCA, and the Wisconsin Bankers Association. Additionally, Tim is a member of the American Bankers Association Community Bankers Council, and of the UW River Falls Foundation Board of Directors.

She is a graduate from Bryant & Stratton College in 2009 with her ADN, Western Governors University in 2018 with her BSN, and then continued on to receive her Masters in Legal Studies for Healthcare Law from Oklahoma University Law School in 2024. Jamie’s background is in Women’s Health and from there she transitioned into the Emergency Department and now successfully runs 2 Forensic programs in both WI & IL.
